Big Boulder Ski Area - Pennsylvania

Big Boulder Ski Area
Ski Two Mountains for the Price of One

Located on Big Boulder Lake in Lake Harmony, Penn., Big Boulder was the first commercial ski area in Pennsylvania.

Big Boulder has a 600-foot vertical drop with the longest run of 6,400 feet. There are 55 acres of terrain with 100 percent snowmaking.

Lift tickets are reciprocal with Jack Frost Mountain so you can ski two mountains for the price of one. Group rates are available.

Big Boulder offers racing programs for both children and adults.

Snowboarding and Tubing

Snowboarding is allowed on every slope, any time. There is a 400-foot half-pipe and a terrain park, as well.

The biggest thrill on the hill is the snow tubing facility with 15 chutes and five lifts. There are individual, kids and family sized tubes.

Night skiing starts opening day and all slopes are lit for night skiing.
