Paoli Peaks - Indiana

Paoli Peaks
Breathtaking Vistas

Paoli Peaks' 16 trails are nestled among native timber consisting of southern Indiana's sturdy oak, walnut, maple, tulip poplar and hickory.

In designing the resort, much care was taken to keep the natural beauty of this area alive. The vista from the 45,000 square foot day lodge is breathtaking as the sun rises and sets on either side on a crisp winter day.

With 16 trails, nine lifts and a 300-foot vertical drop, Paoli Peaks offers a variety of skiing terrain to meet the needs of every type of skier.

Trails vary in length according to their steepness, from the challenging 2,400-foot expert slope to the gentle 3/4-mile beginners' run.

Snowboarders will enjoy the Jurassic Snow Park with its giant snow piles up to 50 feet tall, spines, table tops, rolling mounds, jumps, rails and slides.

Equipped with more than 110 snowmaking towers with fan guns, Paoli Peaks is capable of covering all 70 acres of skiable terrain with 12 inches of snow in a time frame of 24 hours, at temperatures in the upper teens.

Ski Paoli Peaks is located off SR 150 at the west edge of Paoli.

The landscape may be brown and bare, but there will be snow on the slopes of Ski Paoli Peaks in Southern Indiana from December through March.
