The Raffaello Hotel is designed to offer a uniquely Kansas City experience, combining the intimacy and charm of a locally significant landmark with highly individualized service. Originally constructed in 1927 as the Villa Serena Apartments, the building was transformed into the Raphael Hotel in 1975 following a renovation that faithfully preserved historically significant features while providing for the needs of contemporary travelers. The hotel features 88 suites and 35 guest rooms furnished in traditional styles. Directions

Kansas City International Airport Leaving KCI take the I-29 south - US-71 south ramp towards Kansas City. From I-29 south take the Us-169 south exit at number 28 towards Kansas City and follow the I-35 south - I-70 east exit towards Wichita and merge onto I-35 s. Take the southwest traffic way exit number 1a on the left. Travel along southwest traffic way for approximately 3 miles until it intersects with Roanoke Parkway. Turn left onto Roanoke Parkway and follow it onto 47th Street and follow 47th Street and turn right onto Broadway and it through the plaza and turn left onto Ward Parkway. The hotel entrance is immediately on the right.

Kansas City Downtown Airport Take Highway 169 south over the Missouri River and into downtown Kansas City. Continue going straight through the metro on that very same street - it will name change to Broadway Blvd. Continue south as the street passes the convention center the rail yard and Penn Valley Park. You will continue across a bridge onto Ward Parkway. We are located right before the first set of lights on Ward Parkway on your left.
