There is plenty of room to relax here at Prospect Point. Entertain and dine in this 3 bedroom town home that is great for families and equipped with a crib, bed rail, and high chair. The steam shower in the lower bathroom is wonderful after a day spent outside. This property is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Copper Mountain ski resort and is convenient to all the fine restaurants located on Frisco Main Street, ski equipment rentals, Walmart, Safeway, Alpine Market Natural Foods and adjacent to the Summit County bike path. Prospect Point is also only minutes away from Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland Ski Resorts. A 100.00 USD cleaning fee will be collected upon check-in for stays of 2 nights or less in 3 bedroom condos. Check-in is at 4:00pm, check-out is at 11:00am. From DEN 93W 1. Start out going NORTH on PENA BLVD. 2. Go STRAIGHT toward TERMINAL EAST. 3. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto PENA BLVD. 4. Merge onto I-70 W via the exit on the LEFT. 5. Take the US-6 E exit, EXIT 205, toward DILLON/ SILVERHTORNE. 6. Turn LEFT onto BLUE RIVER PKWY/ US-6 E/ CO-9 S. Continue to follow US-6 E. 7. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto LAKE DILLON DR. 8. End at 350 Lake Dillon Dr.
