Sunset is located right in the middle of Breckenridge with the ski slopes on one side and downtown on the other. The complex was remodeled in the summer of 2008. The back decks sit directly on Four Oclock Run and guests can ski directly to them. The free shuttle stops right in front of the building and can take you anywhere in Breckenridge. These large units are perfect for groups of all ages or large families. The check-in office is located at: 465 Four Oclock Road, Breckenridge, CO, 80424. Guests must have a photo ID and credit card for security deposit. Minimum age required for check-in is 23. 100.00 USD only applicable for stays less than 3 nights. Wood Winds will charge and collect at check-in. 100 percent of total amount to be forfeited if cancelled within 45 days of arrival.
