This professionally managed resort offers the amenities of home at moderate prices. If you are looking for an affordable and cozy place to rest your head at night after a long and hard day on the slopes, then look no farther, the Sun Downer is the place for you. Centrally located in between the Peak 9 area and the Snowflake Lift, you are not only two blocks away from either of your choice of lifts, your doormat is right at the bottom of the Four O Clock ski run. The check-in office is located at: 315 N. Main St., Breckenridge, CO, 80424. Check in begins at 4pm. You must check in at the Colorado Rocky Mountain Resorts office that is located at 912 N. Summit Blvd., Frisco. During periods of high guest volume, there may be a delay in the readiness of some units. We do not guarantee check in at 4PM. After Hours Check-In Procedure If you are going to be checking in after hours, please contact our office in advance to make arrangements at 970-453-9140. There is a lock box located outside of the office. You will need to call in advance to obtain a code for the lock box.
