The Antlers at Christie Base is a luxury, ski in and ski out condominium resort located on Ski Time Square in the heart of the Steamboat Ski Resort village. This brand new property opened in the spring of 2002, and is the most luxurious property in Steamboat available for nightly rentals. On site at The Antlers are an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, and steam room. On site check in, concierge service and private scheduled shuttle to the grocery store and downtown Steamboat Springs are offered during ski season. Each condominium features decorator appointed furnishings, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, balcony or patio, and gas fireplace in the living room.

Policies

Cancellation Cancellation 31+ days prior to arrival(61 days for 20dec03-04JAN04 and 15 days for 14APR03-21NOV03): 1 nights rent is forfeited. Within 30 days of arrival (60 days for 20DEC03-04JAN04 and 14 days for 14APR03-21NOV03): Full deposit is forfeited.

Guarantee Deposit of one night's lodging due within 10 days of making reservation. Balance due including 12.5% sales tax 30 days prior to arrival. For Holiday Season (Dec 20, 2003-Jan 4, 2004), the balance is due including sales tax 60 day prior to arrival.

Directions

Yampa Valley Regional Airport -HDN- Exit the airport to Highway 40. Turn right onto Hwy 40 East. Follow 25 miles through downtown Steamboat to the Mount Werner Road exit. Follow signs to Mount Werener Circle - turn left on to the Circle. Take second left onto Ski Time Square and follow that to the end of the road. The Antlers is on the right side of the road.

Denver International Airport -DEN- Exit airport to I-70 West. Follow to Silverthorne exit (Approx 90 miles). Turn right off the exit ramp onto Hwy 9 North. Follow to Kremmling (Approx 40 miles). Turn left at stop sign onto Hwy 40 West and this will take you all the way to Steamboat (Approx 50 miles). Take Mount Werner Road exit and turn right. Follow signs to Mount Werner Road and turn left. Take second left onto Ski Time Square, and follow the road to the end and Antlers is on the right.
