Location: Snuggled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, Breckenridge is a world class ski resort and historical town. Breckenridge Mountain consists of 4 peaks and over 2300 ski-able acres. It is a great place for winter sports and a beautiful summer retreat to beat the heat and bustle of the city.
Sundowner II sits between Peaks 8 and 9 of Breckenridge Mountain. The Four O Clock Ski Run is directly across the street and the Upper Village Pool is right next door. We also feature a hot tub on the premises for those just looking to relax. Guests have a covered parking garage and an elevator to each floor. The units are either one or two stories and have a 360 degree view of Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains. You are in the heart of the Rockies, so no matter where you look the majestic is all around. The check-in office is located at: 465 Four O clock Road, Breckenridge, CO, 80424. Guests must have a photo ID and credit card for security deposit. Minimum age required for check-in is 23. 100.00 USD only applicable for stays less than 3 nights. Wood Winds will charge and collect at check-in. 100 percent of total amount to be forfeited if cancelled within 45 days of arrival.
